Please note we are booked out several weeks and regretfully cannot accommodate walk-ins or appointments on short notice.

 

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. This deposit is fully refundable up until 24 hours before your appointment and non-refundable thereafter, in accordance with our cancellation policy below. 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to take your spot. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

No-Shows
If you forget or consciously forgo your appointment for any reason, you will be considered a “no-show" and will be charged the full amount for your missed appointment. After multiple late cancellations or no-shows, you may be asked to join the waitlist instead of scheduling in advance. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive after your appointment start time, please understand your session likely cannot be extended due to appointments following yours. Clients more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show. Please give us a call if you know you'll be late. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for paying for the full scheduled session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly to arrive five minutes early.

 

We know a massage sounds great when you're sick and achy, but please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule if you are not feeling well within 24 hours of your appointment.

We take several precautions to clean and disinfect between each client. Because of this, we only take one client inside at a time. We ask that you please not bring anyone else along to your appointment. 

We are happy to wear a mask at your request.

 

Treatments, gift certificates, and package deals are non-refundable.
